Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and Article 9 of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, the Consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return any unwanted product(s) or product(s) that are no longer required.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform CHO SPIRITS Srl of their decision to withdraw from the contract and request the opening of a return procedure by means of an explicit statement sent by email to ecommerce@chospirits.it. The email must include the following information: WITHDRAWAL – date of purchase – order number – payment method used.

The Consumer may request a refund of the amount paid, which will, where possible, be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. CHO SPIRITS Srl has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the returned product(s) to initiate the refund procedure.

The time required for the refund to be credited does not depend on CHO SPIRITS Srl but on the payment service selected when the order was placed. Once the refund procedure has been initiated, CHO SPIRITS Srl cannot therefore be held responsible for any service disruptions or delays in the crediting of the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are intact, complete with their original packaging, and with all seals intact. It cannot be exercised in relation to products which, due to their nature or condition, can no longer be resold as new.

CHO SPIRITS Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deduct from the refund any amount corresponding to products that have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete.
