LIQUORI
The history of Liqueurs traces back to the early Middle Ages when, long before modern medicine, slow-prepared alcoholic decoctions and infusions were often used for therapeutic purposes. Over the centuries, with the discovery of the Indies, monastic recipes were enriched with newly found herbs, giving rise to the tradition of Italian liqueur-making.
Our range of 21 liqueurs is inspired by nineteenth and twentieth century recipes, reinterpreted by our professionals. The flavor profiles span citrusy, sweet, and spicy notes, as well as fresh, balsamic, and herbal nuances.
