A typical liqueur that originates in the Western Alps. It is obtained by macerating Artemisia genepi, which gives it its typical herbaceous aromas and a pleasant bitter finish.

Serving suggestions

Neat, chilled from the fridge, or on the rocks. Excellent with lemon ice cream for a refreshing sorbet.
Sensory analysis

  • Appearance: golden yellow with greenish reflections
  • Aroma: herbal and slightly balsamic, typical of Artemisia genepì
  • Taste: aromatic with a pleasant bitterness, fresh and alpine finish
