DELIVERY METHODS IN ITALY

Shipping for orders placed on spiritoreale.it is currently available only within Italy.

For each order placed on spiritoreale.it, CHO SPIRITS Srl issues an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice is issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer releases CHO SPIRITS Srl from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the information provided by the Customer, who is solely responsible for ensuring that such information is entered correctly. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

Goods are shipped from our warehouses within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

Shipping costs are €12.00 for deliveries within Italy and are clearly indicated when the order is placed. Shipping is free for orders over €54.00, provided that delivery is within Italy.

Payment for the goods shall be made by the Customer using the payment method selected when placing the order.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and are generally as follows:

• 1 to 3 days for deliveries to Northern, Central and Southern Italy;
• 3 to 5 days for deliveries to the Italian islands.

Delivery times for ordered goods are provided for guidance only and may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions, general road conditions or actions taken by public authorities.

CHO SPIRITS Srl cannot be held liable for any delays in processing the order or delivering the ordered goods.

Any additional costs charged by the carrier as a result of circumstances attributable to the Customer, including, by way of example, storage fees or return-to-sender costs arising from failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence, will be charged to the Customer.
