A traditional Lazio liqueur created at the end of the 19th century. It is characterized by the typical pungent aroma of star anise in a soft combination of sweet and spicy.

Alcohol content: 40%

Neat, chilled or on the rocks. Traditionally consumed with the addition of coffee beans, known as "mosche" (flies), always in an odd number. Excellent as a thirst quencher diluted with water or orange juice and a twist of lemon peel.
