A contemporary recipe, inspired by the Italian tradition of amaro, created in honour of Turin’s patron saint, in which the bitter notes of rhubarb, cinchona, gentian, and citrus peels are balanced with sweet hints of liquorice and wild fennel.

Alcohol content: 25%

Neat, chilled or on the rocks. Also ideal as an aperitif, diluted with sparkling water as a pleasant thirst quencher.
