A liqueur from the traditional mountain liqueur-making tradition that spans from the Alps to the Apennines, with pleasant and persistent bitter notes typical of gentian root.

Alcohol content: 25%

Neat, well-chilled or with ice. Also excellent with tonic water as a refreshing drink, or mixed for an alpine version of a Negroni or Whisky Sour.

Appearance: golden yellow with amber tones
Aroma: herbal and rooty, with the aromatic intensity typical of gentian
Taste: dry and pleasantly bitter, persistent, with a mountainous character
