The main star of this gin is juniper, which is processed in a heated still, fully respecting the traditional rules of London Dry Gin. The distinctive balsamic note of juniper is enhanced by the alcohol content. The taste is clean, dry, and decisive.

Excellent when drunk neat, on the rocks, or diluted with tonic water for a structured Gin & Tonic, or mixed for an intense Gin Sour.
