Modern Vermouth was born in Turin at the end of the 18th century, a product of Piedmont's great herbal and oenological tradition. It is produced by faithfully following the rules that protect it and is characterized by the aromatic notes of Moscato, combined with medicinal herbs and sweet spices. On the palate, coriander and sage stand out with a delicately floral and citrus finish.

Alcohol content: 17%

Excellent neat, chilled with ice, also as an aperitif. In mixology, it is ideal for cocktails such as the White Negroni and the White Americano.

Aroma: aromatic and floral, with elegant Moscato notes, sweet spices, and a hint of citrus
Taste: soft and pleasantly sweet on entry, with freshness balanced by a subtle botanical bitterness; persistent finish with floral and citrus echoes
