Vermouth was created in Turin in the 18th century in Piedmont, a region with a strong winemaking and herbalist tradition. Produced according to the regulations of the Vermouth di Torino Disciplinary, superior vermouth is characterised by the unmistakable note of Nebbiolo. The taste has a complex bitter note, with a pleasant finish of spices and orange peel.

Alcohol content: 17%

Pleasant neat, cold with ice or mixed for a more structured version of the classic Negroni. Also ideal for a 'meditative' post-meal tasting.

Appearance: dark garnet
Aroma: aromatic and complex, with characteristic Nebbiolo notes, bitter herbs, spicy accents, and orange peel
Taste: full-bodied and structured, with deep and well-balanced bitterness; long finish with elegant toasted oak notes and citrus hints

Wine, sugar, water, alcohol, natural flavours, preservative: potassium metabisulphite. Contains SULPHITES.
